Conference Attendance

Vendor participation at Novacoast's Sales Connect is limited to SPONSORING VENDORS ONLY.  

Hotel Room Block

The rooms must be booked on the block by June 23rdand are subject to hotel availability.  

You must book the hotel during registration.  Your sponsorship and registration does NOT include the hotel stay.  

Marketing Materials

All logos and RSVPs must be received by June 30th  

All welcome bag promotional items, banners, other included sponsorship items must be received in our Utah office by July 8th. 

Items NOT received by the deadline will NOT be included at Sales Connect.   

Do not ship items for the Welcome Bags directly to the hotel.

Packages/Shipments to Hotel

Vendors participating in the Meeting Presentations, please ship any items (with the exception of your Welcome Bag items and Sponsor Materials listed above) to the hotel per their directions.  All shipping costs to/from the conference are at your expense.
