Novacoast's Sales Connect will take place in Salt Lake City, Utah. All meetings will take place at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center Hotel.   The hotel is in the heart of downtown, with convenient mass transit,  walking distance to dining, shopping and historical sites.  

All flights will be arranged to Salt Lake City International Airport.  All attendees should plan on arriving at the hotel by 2:00PM the latest.  Time for lunch and then afternoon meetings.    Flights will be arranged based on schedule and cost.

Employee Transfers

  • We will be utilizing Uber for airport transfers 

  • Follow airport signs to Ride Share     Area

  • Download Uber App (Most should already have this as we have used Uber in the past)

  • You can verify that you have a Novacoast Uber Profile in your Uber Wallet.

  • After selecting your ride, the bottom of your screen will either indicate 'personal' or 'business'.  Please make sure business is selected to ensure that your ride will be billed directly to Novacoast.
